This would include forensic investigations, the design of new roof systems on new and old buildings. We determine the R-value of existing roofs and new roofs. We perform analysis of the roof structure for new roofs and retrofit roofs.

We conduct tests to determine the negative pressure resistance and capacity of roofing systems. We prepare cost estimates, determine complete specifications, and develop all details applicable to the appropriate roofing system used on a facility.

We conduct forensic investigations of roofs that have failed due to hail, wind, collapse, or fire. We prepare concise written reports of investigations and studies we conduct.
